HomeMy WebLinkAboutMO # 1367M MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 1367 A MUNICIPAL ORDER AMENDING THE CLASSIFICATION/PAY SCHEDULE TABLE AND TABLE 3 -PAY RANGES, FOR EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the Classification/Pay Schedule Table is hereby amended to reflect the following: the following: 1) Abolish the position of Engineering Manager -Technical Services and create the position of Storm Water and Drainage Engineer in the Engineering Department and reduce the hourly rate from 25.7500 to 21.6346 2) Increase the minimum wage hourly rate for Temporary/Part-Time Employees to 5.85 in order to comply with Federal and State Minimum Wage Rate Laws 3) Audit the number of Civil Service and Non -Civil Service positions in the Public Works Department 4) Establishing the hourly rate of 15.7000 for the Investigative Assistant II position in the Police Department 5) Increase the number of Fleet Mechanic II positions from 3 to 4 in the Public Works Department 6) Reduce the number of Fleet Mechanic I positions from 2 to 1 in the Public Works Department 7) Increase the number of Right -Of -Way Maintenance Person positions from 8 to 9 in the Public Works Department 8) Increase the hourly rate of the Community Development Planner position from 19.5700 to 21.0000 in the Planning Department SECTION 2. That the Table 3 -Pay Ranges is hereby amended to reflect 1) Abolish the Engineering Manager -Technical Services position (pay grade 61) and create the Storm Water and Drainage Engineer position (pay grade 60).
