A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE APPLICATION TO THE
KENTUCKY TRANSPORTATION CABINET FOR REIMBURSEMENT FUNDS IN THE
\ AMOUNT OF $500,000 FOR A 2008 KENTUCKY TRANSPORTATION ENHANCEMENT
PROGRAM FOR THE GREENWAY TRAILS PROJECT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an application and all
documents relating to same, to submit an application to the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet for
reimbursement funds in an amount up to $500,000, for construction of the section of the
Greenway Trail along the earthen floodwall crossing under U. S. 45, crossing State Highway 305
and connecting to the existing Greenway Trail in Noble Park. A local cash match in the amount
of $200,000 is required.
SECTION 2. This order shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
