A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE ALL
DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO OBTAIN A 2008-2009 UNDERAGE DRINKING
(�- ENFORCEMENT GRANT THROUGH THE KENTUCKY STATE POLICE FOR USE BY
THE POLICE DEPARTMENT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute all documents necessary
to obtain a 2008-2009 Underage Drinking Enforcement Grant in the amount of $19,136 through
the Kentucky State Police for the advertising, equipment purchases, and man-hours for the
educational and enforcement components of underage drinking enforcement. No local match is
required.
SECTION 2. This order will be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
