MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 1358
A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
FINANCE DIRECTOR TO TRANSFER $25,000.00 FROM THE ECONOMIC
DEVELOPMENT RESERVE FUND TO THE ARGENTINE GRILL PROJECT
ACCOUNT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to
transfer $25,000.00, from the Economic Development Reserve Fund to the Argentine
Grill Project Account for incentives.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
