A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
FINANCE DIRECTOR TO TRANSFER $38,000 FROM THE COMMISSION
CONTINGENCY ACCOUNT TO PUBLIC WORKS ACCOUNTS FOR THE
RENOVATION OF THE LANDSCAPING IN THE INFORMATION AGE PARK
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to
transfer $30,000 from the Commission Contingency account to the Public Works
Grounds Maintenance Account for the renovation of the landscaping in the Information
Age Park.
SECTION 2. The Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to
transfer $8,000 from the Commission Contingency account to the Public Works Part -
Time Regular account for the position of Landscape Person created to maintain the
landscaping at the Information Age Park.
SECTION 3. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
