MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 1386
A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
GRANT APPLICATION AND ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY THROUGH THE
KENTUCKY OFFICE OF HOMELAND SECURITY FOR FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF
$500,000, FOR THE PADUCAH BOMB SQUAD CAPACITY ENHANCEMENT PROJECT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a grant application and
all documents necessary to obtain a 2008 reimbursement grant through the Kentucky Office of
Homeland Security in the amount of $500,000, for funding to be used for the Paducah Bomb
Squad Capacity Enhancement Project.
SECTION 2. This order shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
