MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 1385
A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
FINANCE DIRECTOR TO TRANSFER $45,000 FROM THE ECONOMIC
DEVELOPMENT RESERVE ACCOUNT TO THE HOOPER'S INCENTIVE
PROJECT ACCOUNT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to
transfer $45,000.00, from the Economic Development Reserve Account to the Hooper's
Incentive Project Account.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
