MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 1316
A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE ALL
DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO OBTAIN A 2007 MATCHING SAFETY GRANT IN THE
AMOUNT OF $2,397 FROM THE KENTUCKY LEAGUE OF CITIES FOR THE PURCHASE
OF ONE IN -CAR DIGITAL CAMERA FOR USE BY THE POLICE DEPARTMENT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute all documents necessary
to obtain a 2007 Matching Safety Grant in the amount of $2,397 from the Kentucky League of
Cities for the purchase of one in -car digital camera for the Police Department. Matching funds in
the amount of $2,398 will be provided from the Police Department's existing budget.
SECTION 2. This order will be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
