A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
FINANCE DIRECTOR TO TRANSFER $95,000 FROM COMMISSION
CONTINGENCY TO THE HUMAN RIGHTS COMMISSION ACCOUNT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Finance Director is hereby authorized and directed to
transfer $95,000, from Commission Contingency to the Human Rights Commission for
its operating budget.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
