A MUNICIPAL ORDER AMENDING MUNICIPAL ORDER NO. 1292
ENTITLED, "A MUNICIPAL ORDER ADOPTING AN AMENDMENT TO THE
COMPREHENSIVE HEALTH INSURANCE BENEFIT PLAN SUMMARY FOR
-\ EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH"
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to amend "The Investor Plan:
Routine Physical Examinations are paid at 100% (deductible waived), effective June 1,
2007.
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah hereby adopts Amendment #113 to
the Comprehensive Health Insurance Benefit Plan Summary adopted by Municipal Order
No. 1292 to amend the Investor Plan to include routine physical examinations be paid at
100% (deductible waived).
SECTION 2. This order shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
