A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
GRANT APPLICATION AND ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY THROUGH THE U. S.
DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY FOR A 2013 PORT SECURITY GRANT IN
THE AMOUNT OF $25,000, FOR THE RIVERFRONT VIDEO SECURITY PROJECT
PHASE II
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a grant application and
all documents necessary through the U. S. Department of Homeland Security for a 2013 Port
Security Grant in the amount of $25,000, for the Riverfront Video Security Project Phase II to
extend coverage to the new boat ramp area located off North 6th Street.
SECTION 2. This order shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
