ORDINANCE NO. 91-3-4586
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF STRINGFELLOW, INC.
IN THE AMOUNT OF $27,370.00 FOR THE PURCHASE OF 500 ROLLOUT
CARTS, FOR SALE TO THE CITY FOR USE BY THE REFUSE DEPARTMENT,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
(� SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the bid
of Stringfellow, Inc. in the amount of $27,370.00 for the IV
purchase of 500 rollout carts, in substantial compliance with
the bid specifications, and as contained in the bid of
Stringfellow, Inc. of February 6, 1991.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is authorized to execute a
contract with Stringfellow, Inc. for the purchase of refuse
containers authorized in Section 1 above, according to the
specifications, bid proposal and all contract documents
heretofore approved and incorporated in the bid.
SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No. 14-500-420-514.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication of
title and a certified summary thereof.
