ORDINANCE NO. 91-5-4610
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF GENERAL
LEDGER ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE IN THE AMOUNT OF $19,700.00 FROM
MENTOR, FOR USE BY THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT, AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SAME
WHEREAS this
purchase is being made as a non-
competitive negotiation under Section 26-21 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Paducah; and
BEITORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City Treasurer is hereby
authorized to pay the sum of $19,700.00 to Mentor for
General Ledger Accounting Software for the Finance
Department.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to
an Account No. to be determined by the City Manager.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication of
title and a certified summary thereof.
