L _ ._ I I a x,. r4uyJ11 mr1, I I :r, I , el LI:..,1 11 254 ORDINANCE NO. 91-7-4638 AN.ORDINANCE AMENDING SUB -SECTION (a) OF SECTION 2-4.7, "NONCIVIL SERVICE GENERALLY" OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That Sub -section (a) of Section 2-47 "Noncivil Service Employees Generally", of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be amended and reordained so that same as amended and reordained shall hereafter read as follows: "Section 2-47. Noncivil service employees generally. The Deputy Building and Deputy Electrical Inspector Trainee shall be promoted to the Civil Service position of Deputy Building and Deputy Electrical Inspector upon receiving necessary State certifications for the position of Deputy Building or Deputy Electrical Inspector.
