AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF ONE
MINOLTA COPIER MODEL EP -410Z FROM CAGLE BUSINESS SYSTEMS IN
THE AMOUNT OF $3,233.00, FOR USE BY THE FIRE DEPARTMENT
`L WHEREAS, this equipment is available under State
Contract No. 386-1066, and competitive bidding is not
required.
SECTION 1. That the City Treasurer is authorized.
to pay the sum of $3,233.00 to Cagle Business Systems for
the purchase of one Minolta copy machine to be used in the
Fire Department.
SECTION 2.
This purchase shall be charged to
Account No. 10-500-220-503.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication of
title and a certified summary thereof.
