ORDINANCE NO. 92-8-4815
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE
PADUCAH PLANNING COMMISSION RESPECTING THETZONING OF
PROPERTY LOCATED ON HOLT ROAD ADJACENT H
COUNTRY CLUB, AND AMENDING THE PADUCAH ZONING ORDINANCE SO
AS TO EFFECT SUCH ZONING
THE CITY OF PADUCAHr KENTUCKY:
BE IT ORDAINED BY
SECTION 1. That a resolution adopted by the
Paducah Planning Commission on July 20, 1992, entitled, " A
RESOLUTION CONSTITUTING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH
PLANNING COMMISSION ON THE PROPOSED ZONING OF PROPERTY
LOCATED ON HOLT ROAD ADJACENT TO THE PADUCAH COUNTRY CLUB",
be approved as the final report of said Commission respect-
ing the matters therein set forth.
SECTION 2. That the zone classification and the
map amendment proposed in said resolution be, and the same
are hereby, declared to be in agreement with the comprehen-
sive plan of the City of Paducah.
SECTION 3. That the zone classification of the
following property be, and it is hereby, zoned R-4, High
Density Residential Zone:
Beginning at a concrete monument set by others
25.0 feet east at right angles from the centerline
of Holt Road, said centerline point is located
69.93 feet north with said centerline from the
J
centerline intersection of Holt Road and Turnberry
Road. Said centerline point is also 574.64 feet
south with said centerline from a centerline point
located 25.0 feet east at right angles from an
iron pin marking the northeast corner of the
Country Club of Paducah, Inc. property and the
northeast corner of the city limits of Paducah,
Kentucky;
Thence south 83 degrees 15 minutes 06 seconds east
for a distance of 504.24 feet to an iron pin with
cap set in the center of a creek and passing
through an iron pin set by others at 406.46;
Thence north 53 degrees 46 minutes 20 seconds east
for a distance of 137.69 feet with the center of
the creek to an iron pin with cap set;
Thence north 06 degrees 21 minutes 10 seconds east
for a distance of 34.08 feet with the center of
the creek to an iron pin with cap set;
Thence north 74 degrees 34 minutes 54 seconds east
for a distance of 450.18 feet with the center of
the creek to an iron pin with cap set in a fence
if extended to said creek;
Thence north 01 degrees 11 minutes 54 seconds west
for a distance of 434.31 feet with said fence to
an iron pin with cap set in the fence;
Thence north 85 degrees 43 minutes 14 seconds west
for a distance of 639.10 feet to concrete
monument set by others at the northeast corner of
property described in Deed Book 635, page 41;
Thence south 04 degrees 31 minutes 52 seconds west
for a distance of 138.23 feet with the east line
of said property to a concrete monument set by
others;
Thence north 85 degrees 03 minutes 09 seconds west
for a distance of 350.00 feet with the south line
of said property to a concrete monument set by
others 25.0 feet east at right angles from the
centerline of Holt Road;
Thence south 04 degrees 31 minutes 37 seconds west
for a distance of 551.62 feet with the east line
of Holt Road to a concrete monument, set by
others, to the point of beginning.
SECTION 4. That if any section, paragraph or
provision of this ordinance shall be found to be inopera-
tive, ineffective or invalid for any cause, the deficiency
or invalidity of such section, paragraph or provision shall
not affect any other section, paragraph or provision hereof,
it being the purpose and intent of this ordinance, to make
each and every section, paragraph and provision hereof
separable from all other sections, paragraphs and
provisions.
SECTION 5. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary
publication pursuant to KRS Chapte 424.
