AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 IN THE AMOUNT OF $11,694.87 WITH JOE
LINDLEY CONTRACTING FOR CROOKED CREEK PHASE III SEWER EXTENSION
WHEREAS, the City entered into a contract with Joe
Lindley Contracting for Crooked Creek Phase III sewer exten-
sion; and
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 was adopted on Septem-
ber 11, 1991; and
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 2 is required for the
adjustment of quantities for the final pay estimate for this
project.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized and
directed to execute Change Order No. 2 in the amount of
$11,694.87 with Joe Lindley Contracting for adjustment of
quantities for the final pay estimates for Crooked Creek Phase
III sewer extension. This Change Order is attached hereto and
incorporated herein as if set out in full.
SECTION 2. The amount of the contract with Joe
Lindley Contracting is increased to $380,837.87
SECTION 3. This expenditure shall be charged to
Account No. 55-33-05-470.
SECTION 4. This ordinance will be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary publica-
tion pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
