AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 91-10-4682,
APPROVING THE ACTION OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING COMMISSION
RESPECTING THE PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR PROPERTY LOCATED
ON HIGHWAY 60 WEST OF HOLT ROAD
WHEREAS, the Paducah Planning Commission held a
hearing on June 17, 1991, on the proposed development plan, and
at a meeting on September 16, 1992, adopted said plan and
recommended its submittal to the Board of Commissioners; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners approved the
development plan for property located on Highway 60 West of
Holt Road by Ordinance No. 91-10-4682, dated October 8, 1991;
and
WHEREAS, a hearing was held on November 23, 1992, by
the Paducah Planning Commission to amend the original develop-
ment plan.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That a resolution adopted by the Paducah
Planning Commission on November 23, 1992, entitled, "A RESOLU-
TION CONSTITUTING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING
COMMISSION ON THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT OF AN ADOPTED DEVELOPMENT
PLAN LOCATED ON HOLT ROAD AND U.S. HIGHWAY 60", is approved as
the final report of said Commission respecting the matters set
forth therein.
SECTION 2. That the proposed development plan as
amended is in agreement with the Comprehensive Plan of Paducah
and is hereby amended to include the following property:
Beginning at a point in the center line of Highway
60, said point located at the intersection of
Highway 60 and Holt Road if extended; thence in a
southerly direction along the east right-of-way
line of Holt Road a distance of 900 feet, more or
less, to a point in the east right-of-way line of
Holt Road; thence in a westerly direction a
distance of 735 feet more or less, to a point in
the center line of an unnamed, undeveloped road;
thence in a northerly direction a distance of 565
feet to a point in the center line of Highway 60;
thence in an easterly direction along the center
line of Highway 60 a distance of 975 feet, more or
less, to the point of beginning.
SECTION 3. That if any section, paragraph or provi-
sion of this ordinance shall be found to be inoperative,
ineffective or invalid for any cause, the deficiency or in-
validity of such section, paragraph or provision shall not
affect any other section, paragraph or provision hereof, it
being the purpose and intent of this ordinance to make each and
every section, paragraph and provision hereof separable from
all other sections, paragraphs and provisions.

SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary publica-
tion pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
