HomeMy WebLinkAbout92-10-4850ORDINANCE NO. 92-10-4850 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUB -SECTION (a) OF SECTION 2-47, NONCIVIL SERVICE GENERALLY, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That Sub -section (a) of Section 2-47, Noncivil Service Employees, Generally, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 2-47. Noncivil service employees generally. The Deputy Building and Deputy Electrical Inspector Trainee shall be promoted to the Civil Service position of Deputy Building and Deputy Electrical Inspector upon receiving necessary State certifications for the position of Deputy Building or Deputy Electrical Inspector. 692 SECTION 2.
