ORDINANCE NO. 90-5-4411
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY TREASURER TO PAY
TO COMMONWEALTH UNIFORMS THE SUM OF $3,809.35 FOR THE
PURCHASE OF SIX BALLISTIC JACKETS AND THE SUM OF $4,809.00
FOR THE PURCHASE OF VEHICULAR LIGHT BARS AND SIRENS, FOR USE
BY THE POLICE DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, these purchases are being made as non-
competitive negotiations under Section 26-21 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Paducah.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Treasurer is authorized
to pay to Commonwealth Uniforms the sum of $3,809.35 for
six ballistic jackets and the sum of $4,809.00 for vehicular
light bars and sirens, for use by the Police Department.
SECTION 2.
These expenditures shall be charged as
follows: $3,809.35 to the Court Award Fund Account, and
$4,809.00 to Account No. 10-500-210-514.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication of
title and a certified summary thereof.
