ORDINANCE NO. 90-2-4368
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 25-4(a), "POLICE",
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 25-4(a), "Manuals of
department, qualification and hiring procedures adopted", is
hereby amended to read as follows:
"Sec. 25-4. Manuals of department, qualification
and hiring procedures adopted.
(a) Department manuals. The following manuals of
the police department of Paducah, Kentucky,
copies of which have been placed on filed with
the city clerk, shall be a part of this Code
to the same extent as if copied herein at
length:
(1) Manual of Rules and Procedures of Police
Department of the City of Paducah,
Kentucky, revised January, 1986;
(2) Manual of Rules and Procedures of Police
Department, Revision Number One, dated
September 25, 1986;
(3) Manual of Rules and Procedures of Police
Department, Revision No. 2, dated
October 28, 1986;
(4) Manual of Rules and Procedures of Police
Department, Revision No. 3, dated
January 4, 1990."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon publication of
title and a certified summary thereof.
