ORDINANCE NO. 93 -7 -
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE
PADUCAH PLANNING COMMISSION RESPECTING THE PROPOSED SUBDIVISION
OF PROPERTY OF WELLINGTON WOODS SUBDIVISION LOCATED AT THE
INTERSECTION OF RIGGLESBERGER LANE AND OAK STREET
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Paducah, Kentucky, adopted ordinance no. 92-9-4836, and
approved said Wellington Woods Subdivision as set forth in Plat
Section "K", Page 423, at the McCracken County Clerk's Office;
and
WHEREAS, the Paducah Planning Commission held a
meeting on March 1, 1993 and approved the Wellington Woods as a
Planned Unit Development (P.U.D.) and approved a revocation of
plat; and
WHEREAS, the applicant has reapplied for resubdivision
according to the plat attached to the application from Paducah
Planning Commission on July 19, 1993; and
WHEREAS, the Paducah Planning Commission, at a
meeting held on June 211 1993, adopted as a preliminary report
a plat of the proposed subdivision of property of Wellington
Woods Subdivision located at an intersection of Rigglesberger
Lane and Oak Street by Resolution dated July 19, 1993, recom-
mended to the Board of Commissioners of the City of Paducah,
!r� Kentucky, the adoption of an ordinance approving the final plat
of said subdivision reflected thereon.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That a resolution adopted by the Paducah
Planning Commission on July 19, 1993, entitled, "A RESOLUTION
CONSTITUTING THE FINAL REPORT OF THE PADUCAH PLANNING
COMMISSION ON THE PROPOSED RESUBDIVISION OF PROPERTY OF
WELLINGTON WOODS LOCATED AT THE INTERSECTION OF RIGGLESBERGER
LANE AND OAK STREET," be approved as the final report of said
Commission respecting the matters set forth therein.
SECTION 2. That the subdivision of said property
shall be, and it is hereby, approved as shown on the plat
referred to in said subdivision, which plat is entitled,
"Wellington Woods Subdivision," and said property is hereby
declared to be subdivided as shown on said plat.
SECTION 3. That if any section, paragraph or
provision of this ordinance shall be found to be inoperative,
ineffective or invalid for any cause, the deficiency or
invalidity of such section, paragraph or provision shall not
affect any other section, paragraph or provision hereof, it
being the purpose and intent of this ordinance to make each and
every section, paragraph and provision hereof separable from
all other sections, paragraphs and provisions.

SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon being published in
full at the developer's expense.
