>' A MUNICIPAL ORDER NAMING MAYOR'S DESIGNEE TO BOARD
OF MUNICIPAL HOUSING COMMISSION
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to KRS 80.030, the Honorable Gayle Kaler, Mayor
of the City of Paducah, hereby names Erna Frances Fair Boykin as her designee to the
Board of Commissioners of the Paducah Municipal Housing Commission with authority
to vote as her proxy when the Mayor is unable to attend Municipal Housing Commission
meetings. This designation will continue until such time as it is expressly revoked by the
Mayor or by operation of law. In the Mayor's absence she shall act as a voting member
of the Board pursuant to KRS 80.020 et seq. but may not give her proxy to any other
person.
SECTION 2. This Order will be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
