A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE THE DECLARATION OF RESTRICTIVE COVENANTS FOR
CONSERVATION DEED AS REQUIRED BY THE UNITED STATES ARMY CORPS
OF ENGINEERS AND THE KENTUCKY DIVISION OF WATER IN ACCORDANCE
WITH THE APPROVED MITIGATION PLAN FOR THE OHIO RIVER BOAT
LAUNCH PROJECT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah hereby authorizes the Mayor to
execute the Declaration of Restrictive Covenants for Conservation as required by the
United States Army Corps of Engineers and the Kentucky Division of Water in
accordance with the Mitigation Plan for the Ohio River Boat Launch Project.
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after
the date of its adoption.
