AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL OF ALLEN,
RUNDLE & GOLIGHTLY, P.S.C., CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTS,
FOR A COMPREHENSIVE ANNUAL FINANCIAL REPORT FOR THE CITY OF
PADUCAH FROM JULY 1, 1992, TO JUNE 30, 1993, FOR A SUM NOT
TO EXCEED $48,000.00,, AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAME
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the
proposal of Allen, Rundle & Golightly, P.S.C. Certified
Public Accounts, for a comprehensive annual financial report
of all city accounts, including the general fund, the police
and firemen's pension fund, the appointive employees' pen-
sion fund, sewer system funds, parking facility funds, and
other incidental accounting services, for a sum not to
exceed $48,000.00, covering the period from July 1, 1992, to
June 30, 1993; said proposal being according to the terms
and conditions set forth in the letter of Allen, Rundle &
Golightly, P.S.C., Certified Public Accountants, to Mayor
Gerry Montgomery, dated June 1, 1993.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to
execute said audit as set out in Section 1 above. A copy of
this audit is attached hereto and incorporated by reference
as if fully set out herein.
SECTION 3. Payment for the audit expenses set
forth in Section 1 above shall be charged to the following
accounts: 76-46-11-204; 77-47-11-204; and 01-02-05-204.
SECTION 4 This Ordinance shall be read on two
separate days and will become effective upon summary publi-
cation pursuant to KRS Chaptex
