That the Mayor is authorized to execute a contract with South Central Bell Telephone Company accepting the 84 month rate predictable tariff proposal. SECTION 2. This contract is attached hereto and incorporated by reference herein as if set out in full. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will become effective upon publication in full.
