Home My WebLink About87-4-2985NMI ORDINANCE NO. 87-4-2985 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF APPROXIMATELY $7,500.00 FOR REPAIRS TO FIRE PUMPER ENGINE FOR THE FIRE DEPARTMENT WHEREAS, non-competitive negotiations are being implemented due to the immediate need to repair this equipment. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That the City Treasurer be authorized to pay the amount of approximately $7,500.00 for repairs to Fire Pumper Engine. SECTION 2. The purchase price for said repairs shall be charged to Account No. 10-500-220-322 as follows: Les Youngblood - $3,273.90; Walter Towing Company - $14.62; and Delta Parts - $3,969.88. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will be effective upon publication of title and a certified summary therof.
