HomeMy WebLinkAbout87-5-3006ORDINANCE NO. 87-5-3006 AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE PROPOSAL OF ALLEN, RUNDLE AND GOLIGHTLY,.CERTIFIED PUBLIC ACCOUNTANTS, FOR AUDITING SERVICES FOR THE CITY OF PADUCAH FROM JULY .1, 1986, TO JUNE 30, 1987, FOR A SUM NOT TO EXCEED $19,000.00 BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That.the City of Paducah accept the proposal of Allen, Rundle & Golightly, Certified Public Accountants, to perform the audits of all city accounts, including the general fund, federal revenue sharing, the police and firemen's pension fund, the appointive employees' pension fund, sewer system funds,.parking facility funds, and.other incidental accounting services, for a sum not to exceed $19,000.00, covering -the period from July 1.,. 1986,._to June 30, 1987; said proposal being according to the terms and conditions set forth in the letter of Allen, Rundle &.G.olightly,.C.ertified Public -Accountants, to Mr. Carl Holder, City Manager,. dated May 4, 1987. SECTION 2. Payment for the audit expenses set forth in Section 1 above shall be made from the accounts in the general fund and federal revenue sharing funds as set forth in the City of Paducah's Annual Budget for fiscal year July 1, 1986, through June 30, 1987. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will be effective upon publication in full.
