A MUNICIPAL ORDER APPROVING THE RENEWAL OF THE EMPLOYMENT
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PADUCAH AND POLICE OFFICER TRAVIS
COUNTS, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAME
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. Authorization. The Board of Commissioners of the City of
Paducah hereby approves and the Mayor of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, is hereby authorized
to execute a renewal of the Employment Agreement with Police Officer Travis Counts to be
employed in the Paducah Police Department.
SECTION 2. Effective Date. This Order shall be in full force and effect on and
after the date as approved by the Board of Commissioners of the/it� of Paducph, Kentucky.
