A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO
RELEASE A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR THE TRANSIENT BOAT DOCK
REPAIRS
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to
release a Request For Proposals for the replacement of the decking at the transient boat dock.
The City allocated funds in the FY2027 budget to use towards replacing the decking,
repairing the framework as necessary and adding a fourth fire standpipe for the Fire
Department.
SECTION 2. This Order will be in frill force and fect from and after the
date of its adoption. /) -,a,
