A MUNICIPAL ORDER APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE
EXECUTION OF AN AGREEMENT TO RENEW THE EMPLOYMENT
AGREEMENT WITH CITY MANAGER DARON JORDAN
WHEREAS, the Paducah City Commission desires to renew the Agreement with
Daron Jordan to serve as City Manager for an additional six-month term beyond the extension
set to expire July 31, 2027.
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, as follows:
Section 1. Authorization. The Board of Commissioners of the City of Paducah hereby
approves, and the Mayor of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, is hereby authorized and directed to execute
the Agreement to Renew Employment Agreement with Daron Jordan as Paducah City Manager. Said
renewal will expire December 31, 2027.
Section 2. Effective Date. This Order shall be in full force and effect on and after
the date as approved by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Paducah, Kentucky.
