A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE A LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PADUCAH AND
RIVER HERITAGE MUSEUM, FOR LEASE OF THE RIVER DISCOVERY CENTER
LOCATED AT 117 SOUTH WATER STREET, PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute
a Lease Agreement between The City of Paducah and River Heritage Museum, in
substantially the form attached hereto and made part hereof (Exhibit A).
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
