A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE A LEASE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PADUCAH AND
PADUCAH FILM SOCIETY, FOR LEASE OF MAIDEN ALLEY CINEMA
LOCATED AT 112 MAIDEN ALLEY, PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute
a Lease Agreement between The City of Paducah and Paducah Film Society, in
substantially the form attached hereto and made part hereof (Exhibit A).
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
