Housing Authority of Paducah
February 14, 2025
1. CALL TO ORDER
The Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority of Paducah met for a special
called meeting on Friday, February 14, 2025 at 9:30 a.m. (Central Time) at the Harvey
Riley Center for Education, 2304 Ohio Street, Paducah, Kentucky. The meeting was held
in accordance with the Kentucky Open Meetings Act..
2~ ROLL CALL
Commissioner Nunn called the meeting to order at 9:30 a.m.
Upon roll call, those answering present were:
Chairman Narozniak absent
Commissioner Nunn x
Comnµssioner Parker X •.
Commissioner Henderson x
Commissioner Vontesmar x
3. . ESTABLISH.QUORUM
Commissioner Nunn declared a quorum to be present. She then called the meeting to
, order and welcomed George Bray, Mayor of the City of Paducah and Darren Jordan, City
Manager of the City of Paducah. •
. Attendees: Glenn Denton with Denton Law Firin.
4. EXECUTIVE SESSION
A motion was made by Commissioner Henderson, seconded by Commissioner Parker,
and unanimously carried, to go into executive se5;sion to discuss a personnel issue, as
permitted by Kentucky Revised Statute.
A motion was made by Commissioner Nunn, seconded by Commissioner Parker, and
unanimously,carried by all present to.exit executive session. •
.Commissioner Nunn advised that no action was taken in executive session. She. further
advised that no further action would be taken at this meeting. .

ADJOURN
Commissioner Nunn noted that in accordance with the Kentucky {)pen Meetings laws, no
further items could be brought before the Board during this special called meeting. • •
.. Accordingly, Commissioner Nunn requested a ~otion to adjourn. Upon motion made by
Commissioner Henderson, seconded by Commissioner Nunn, and unanimously carried,
the meeting was adjourned~ •
