That civil service salaries in the Department of Finance of the City of Paducah, entucky, are hereby amended to read as follows: "Department of Finance. This department shall be under the direction and supervision of the City Treasurer - Finance Director, a noncivil service position which has heretofore been created by separate ordinance. The Lead Person shall be paid an additional $.50 per hour during such time that the person serves in such capacity. SECTION 11. This ordinance shall be retroactive to July 1, 1997. SECTION 12.
