A MUNICIPAL ORDER APPROVING A CONTRACT WITH ALLIED CONTRACTING IN
AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $249,491.00, FOR THE CITY HALL ADMINISTRATION
RENOVATION AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS
RELATED TO SAME
WHEREAS, the Paducah Board of Commissioners approved Municipal Order
3179 on January 27, 2026, authorizing the Public Works Department to release a Request for
Bids for the City Hall Administration Renovation; and
WHEREAS, on April 2, 2026, sealed bids were opened for City Hall
Administration Renovation; and
WHEREAS, two bids were received, with Allied Contracting submitting the
lowest responsive evaluated bid in accordance with the specifications, at a price not to exceed
$249,491.00.
KENTUCKY:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
SECTION 1. That the Board of Commissioners approves the contract with Allied
Contracting in an amount not to exceed $249,491.00 and hereby authorizes the Mayor to execute
all documents related to same.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be paid from the City Hall Administration
Office Renovation Account Number PF0090.
SECTION 3. This Order will be in full force and effect from and after the date of
its adoption.
