A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY MANAGER TO
INITIATE A REQUEST FOR BIDS FOR PLAYGROUND EQUIPMENT AND
SURFACING AT KOLB PARK
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to
develop, advertise, and initiate a Request for Bids for the purchase of playground equipment
and surfacing at Kolb Park.
SECTION 2. This Order will be in full force a e fect from and after the
date of its adoption.
