AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT
AND OTHER ASSOCIATED DOCUMENTS BETWEEN THE CITY OF PADUCAH
AND THE PADUCAH POLICE DEPARTMENT BARGAINING UNIT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an
agreement and other associated documents between the City of Paducah and the Paducah
Police Department Bargaining Unit.
June 30, 2029.
SECTION 2. This Agreement shall be effective from July 1, 2026, to

become effective upon summary publication pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
