A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE ENGINEERING
DEPARTMENT TO RELEASE AN INVITATION TO BID FOR THE REMOVAL,
REPAIR, AND REPLACEMENT OF PUMP 16 AT PUMP STATION 911
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Engineering Department is hereby authorized and
directed to release an Invitation to Bid for the removal, repair, and replacement of Pump #3
at Pump Station #11.
SECTION 2. This Order will be in full force d effect from and after the
date of its adoption.
