A MUNICIPAL ORDER DECLARING CERTAIN POLICE VEHICLES TO BE
SURPLUS PROPERTY AND APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF SURPLUS POLICE
VEHICLES TO McCRACKEN COUNTY SCHOOLS IN CONSIDERATION OF
$19,000
WHEREAS, pursuant to KRS 82.083, a written determination has been
made that the City does not have any use at this time or in the future for three (3) Police
Vehicles, which constitute a surplus; and
WHEREAS, the City of Paducah now desires to transfer the vehicles to
McCracken County Schools in accordance with KRS 82.083(4)(a).
KENTUCKY:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah hereby authorizes the transfer of the
following surplus police vehicles to McCracken County Schools for compensation in the
total amount of $19,000:
Unit 974 - 2014 Dodge Charger - VIN 2C3CDXAG5EH216942 - $4,500.00
Unit 950 - 2016 Ford Explorer - VIN 1FM5K8AR5GGC50391 - $6,500.00
Unit 969 - 2016 Ford Explorer - VIN 1FM5K8AROGGC50394 - $8,000.00
SECTION 2. This Order shall be in full force of ect from and after
the date of its adoption.
