A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE ENGINEERING
DEPARTMENT TO RELEASE A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR THE DESIGN,
ENGINEERING, PERMITTING, AND CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION FOR THE
COLEMAN ROAD SIDEWALK PROJECT
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Engineering Department is hereby authorized and
directed to release a Request for Proposals for the design, engineering, permitting, and
construction administration for the Coleman Road Sidewalk Project.
SECTION 2. This Order will be in full force and,,Fqect from and after the
date of its adoption. �A
