AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE FINANCE DIRECTOR TO PAY
FLORENCE & HUTCHESON, INC. THE AMOUNT OF $31,750.00 FOR ONE-HALF THE
COSTS FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING AND PLANNING SERVICES FOR A
SEWER CONSOLIDATION PLAN FOR THE CITY OF PADUCAH AND MCCRACKEN

COUNTY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Finance Director is hereby authorized to pay Florence &
Hutcheson, Inc., the amount of $31,750.00, for one-half the costs for professional engineering
andplanning services for a sewer consolidation plan of the City of Paducah and McCracken
County.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to Account No. 055-3310-532-
4245 (WW003).
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and published by
summary pursuant to KRS Chapter 424.
