Greg Cherry, Deputy Chief/Fire Marshal gcherry@paducahky.gov/270-444-8522 CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD MEETING MINUTES DECEMBER 13, 2021 The Code Enforcement Board Meeting, was held on Monday, December 13, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. at City Hall. In attendance were Ines Hutchins, Carol Young, Allan Rhodes, Joe Moore, Rose White, Bryan McElroy, David Jones, Greg Cherry and Janet Dicke. Absent: Beverly McKinley and Melinda Winchester This meeting was called to Order by Allan Rhodes. The Minutes were read and unanimously approved by the Board. Properties Discussed: 1. 2207 Eulah St. – Joe Moore – Tenants Mr. Moore has to remove all the debri in the yard by January 4, 2022. If not removed the City will send a contractor to remove the debri and the cost of the removal will be liened against this property. If Mr. Moore removes all the debri the fine of $130.00 will be waived and the case closed. 2. 1510 N 10th St. – Bryan McElroy Mr. McElroy has to remove all the debri in the yard by January 4, 2022. If not removed the City will send a contractor to remove the debri and the cost of the removal will be liened against this property. If the Mr. McElroy removes all the debri the fine of $130.00 will be waived and the case closed. Meeting adjourned.
