CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD MEETING
MINUTES
APRIL 10, 2023
The Code Enforcement Board Meeting was held on Monday, April 10, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. in City
Hall. In attendance were Melinda Winchester, Ines Hutchins, George Goodman, Allan Rhodes,
Elmer Pullen, Tom Wilson, Nic Hutchison, Kristen Worak, Steve Utz, Matt Willett, Chris Jones,
David Jones, George Bray, Greg Cherry and Janet Dicke.
Absent: Tim Meadows
The meeting was called to order by Allan Rhodes and seconded by Ines Hutchins.
The March 13, 2023 meeting was cancelled due to the death of Richard McLaren.
The previous meeting minutes February 13, 2023 were read and unanimously approved by the
Board.
Properties Discussed:
1. 621 Campbell St. – George Goodman
Measurable progress was supposed to be made by April 15, 2023. Allan Rhodes will
drive by to see if there to see how much progress has been made. Will discuss at our next
meeting.
2. 521 N 11th St. – Elmer Pullen
To submit a timeline as to when the violations will be corrected in 2 weeks, April 24th,
2023. Will discuss at our next meeting.
3. 2003 Jefferson St – Jim and Kathy Keeney
Tom Wilson the contractor for the Keeney’s asked for a 30-day extension. Will discuss
at our next meeting.
