A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE FACILITY MAINTENANCE
DIVISION OF PUBLIC WORKS TO ADVERTISE FOR SEALED BIDS FOR
CITY HALL HVAC EQUIPMENT AND DUCT CLEANING.
WHEREAS, duct cleaning needs to be completed periodically for HVAC
efficiency and improved air quality; and
WHEREAS, the Facility Maintenance Division of Public Works would like
permission to advertise for sealed bids for City Hall HVAC equipment and duct cleaning.
KENTUCKY:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
SECTION 1. That the City Commission hereby approves and authorizes the
Facility Maintenance Division of Public Works to advertise for sealed bids for City Hall HVAC
equipment and duct cleaning.
SECTION 2. This Order will be in full force and effect from and after the date of
