A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A GRANT
APPLICATION AND ALL DOCUMENTS NECESSARY THROUGH THE KENTUCKY
TRANSPORTATION CABINET FOR A COUNTY PRIORITY PROJECTS PROGRAM
GRANT IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $500,000 FOR THE PADUCAH STREET
REHABILITATION PROGRAM
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a grant application and
all documents necessary through the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet for a County Priority
Projects Program Grant in an amount not to exceed $500,000 for the Paducah Street
Rehabilitation Program.
SECTION 2. This order shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its adoption.
