A MUNICIPAL ORDER APPROVING AN CONTRACT WITH PFGW
ARCHTECTS FOR DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATIVE
SERVICES FOR A MAINTENANCE BUILDING FOR THE PARKS AND
RECREATION DEPARTMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $289,500, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE THE CONTRACT AND ALL
OTHER DOCUMENTS RELATED TO SAME
WHEREAS, On July 8, 2025, the Board of Commissioners approved a Municipal
Order authorizing the City Manager to release a Request for Design and Construction
Administrative Services for a new maintenance building for the Parks and Recreation Department.
Bids were released on July 23, 2025, with a submission deadline of August 13, 2025; and
WHEREAS, Three proposals were submitted and PFGW Architects submitted
the lowest and best evaluated bid.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDERED BY THE BOARD OF
COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City Commission hereby approves a contract with PFGW
Architects for Design and Construction Administrative Services for a maintenance building for
the Parks and Recreation Department, in the amount of $289,500, and authorizes the Mayor to
sign all paperwork relating to same.
SECTION 2. The costs of this project shall be paid from Parks Maintenance
Building Project Account No. PA0137.
SECTION 3. This Order shall be in full force a effect from and after the date of
