A MUNICIPAL ORDER ACCEPTING THE BID OF LINWOOD MOTORS FOR SALE TO
THE CITY OF PADUCAH TWO (2) COMPACT SUV'S FOR USE BY THE PADUCAH
PARKS DEPARTMENT IN THE AMOUNT OF $33,890 EACH, FOR A TOTAL OF $67,780,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SAME
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah accepts the bid of Linwood Motors for two (2)
Compact SUV's at $33,890 each for a total price of $67,780, for use by the Paducah Parks
Department, said bid being in substantial compliance with bid specifications, and as contained in
the bid of Linwood Motors of August 14, 2025.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a contract with Linwood
Motors for the purchase of two (2) Compact SUV's at $33,890 each for a total price of $67,780,
for use by the Paducah Parks Department, authorized in Section 1 above, according to the
specifications, bid proposal and all contract documents heretofore approved and incorporated in
the bid. In addition, Linwood Motors.
SECTION 3. This purchase shall be charged to Rolling Stock/Vehicle Fleet
Lease Trust Fund, Account No. 71000210-540050.
SECTION 4. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its adoption.
