A MUNICIPAL ORDER AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH PADUCAH ALLIANCE OF NEIGHBORS, IN AN
AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $100,000 FOR SPECIFIC SERVICES AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE ALL DOCUMENTS RELATED TO
SAME
BE IT ORDERED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute
a contract with the Paducah Alliance of Neighbors in an amount not to exceed $100,000
for specific services for the Paducah area. This contract shall expire June 30, 2026.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to the Midtown Alliance
Account, Account No. 2400 0401 580680.
SECTION 3. This Order shall be in full force and effect from and after
the date of its adoption. 4
