A MUNICIPAL ORDER ACCEPTING THE BID FOR SALE TO THE CITY OF ONE (1)
CREW CAB DUMP TRUCK IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF $95,665, FOR USE BY THE
PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT, STREET DIVISION, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR
TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SAME
BE IT ORDERED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH,KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. The City of Paducah accepts the bid of Linwood Motors in the
amount of $95,665, for sale to the City of Paducah one crew cab dump truck for use by the
Public Works Department, Street Division. One bid was received on July 10, 2025, and
Linwood Motors was the responsive and responsible bidder in accordance with the specifications
at a price of $95,665.
SECTION 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a contract with Linwood
Motors, for the purchase of one crew cab dump truck, authorized in Section 1 above, according
to the specifications, bid proposal and all contract documents heretofore approved and
incorporated in the bid.
SECTION 3. This purchase shall be charged to Rolling Stock/Vehicle Fleet
Maintenance Trust Fund, Account Number 71000210 540050.
SECTION 4. This Order shall be in full force and effeat1from and after the date
of its adoption.
